The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful park in the city center and close to the thermal cave. We loved having a kitchen in the room, which made it convenient for making our own tea and sandwiches. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

We are 3 couples with no children and we had a wonderful weekend in Miskolc-tapolca. The hotel is excellent, very clean, comfortable and has very big rooms (our apartment had about 60 square meters). The food is very good and the serving is excellent.

We enjoyed the large apartment, the spa was also very nice. Very good breakfast, as well as all the food at the restaurant.
It was cold during the night, because the central heating did not work, in December! Very poor Internet speed, and tv with only 10 programs. Apart of that, everybody in the city speaks very poor English, they hardly understand what you say.

Great choice for Christmas vacation! The hotel provides a wonderful festive atmosphere and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and equipped with a kitchenette. The location is great, situated in a quiet and peaceful area for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was the hot tub and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The street in front of the hotel was under construction which made getting to the hotel a bit difficult. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, but the pillows made up for it.
